How to Apply for Financial Assistance
The process starts when you send us a letter:

Tell us something about your organization and your project. What do you do? Who benefits from your organization and this project? What are your financial circumstances? What you would like from our Club? And, why?
Attach a completed copy of our request for assistance proforma:
Request for Funds
Your request will be considered by the Funds Allocation Committee who will make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Board, at its monthly meeting (usually the 2nd Tuesday), will consider the Committee's recommendation - agreeing, denying and/or taking it to the General Membership for approval.
We may be able to help with a financial contribution and/or we may be able to help with volunteer labour.
